ABSTRACT SUBMISSION can ONLY be proceeded AFTER successful Registration and Payment Confirmation.


To submit an abstract, please login (at the lower left-hand corner of the page) with your registered e-mail address.


Authors are invited to submit in Abstract in the form of an electronic file in WORD (.doc) and pdf format. Abstracts should not be more than 1 page (inclusive of diagrams and graphs).

Please use the Times font for your abstract. However, for the Greek and scientific designations (alpha, beta, micro etc), the Symbol font may be used.

Please use the font size of 12.
3.
Title should be in bold-face, followed by return.
4.
Underline the presenting (or submitting) author in the authors’ list. The list of authors should be followed by return.
5.
The authors’ affiliation should be followed by return. Please use the superscript number to distinguish multiple affiliations.
6.
If necessary, reference and/or grant acknowledgments may be provided at the end of your abstract.
7.
The total number of words in the main text (excluding Authors and Affiliation) should be 250 or less to fit one A4-sized page. The longer text may result in printing your abstract in a smaller font. Please note that the reference and/or acknowledgment may be printed in a smaller font, depending on the availability of space in the programme book.

Please see the Examples 1 and 2 for the overall layout of the abstract.

Please Login and upload the Abstract (in both doc and pdf format) file before November 30, 2011.

 

Although the officical deadline for submitting an abstract has passed, we still welcome your Abstract.
