HKUST On-Campus Lodging

Various on-campus lodgings are available at HKUST. All on-campus accommodation reservations will be made via the Workshop Secretariat. Confirmation of on-campus accommodation will be sent by the Secretariat via email. Please note that all rooms and serviced-apartments are reserved on first-come-first-serve basis.

Check-In
	Participants will be re-confirmed well ahead of time in which lodging (rooms at Visitor Center or University Apartments) they will stay by the Workshop Secretariat. Please directly check in to your lodging upon arrival. There is a Reception Desk located at the main entrance of the lodging.
	Breakfast for participants staying in the on-campus lodgings: Breakfast will be served at UC Bistro from 08:00 to 09:00.
Check-Out
	The Workshop ends on December 22, 2011 (Thursday).
