Poster Session

Posters will be set up in the Hall area outside Lecture Theatre J in the Hong Kong Jockey Club Enterprise Center. Poster boards (980mm x 1390mm, mounted vertically) are provided. Lettering for the title and authors should not less than 200mm height for easy viewing. Presenters should prepare their material to fit the poster board.

Suggested Poster Size (mounted vertically):

Area 1: Poster No. (140mm x 200mm) Area 2: Title, Authors and Affiliation (800mm x 200mm) Area 3: Presentation (940mm x 1340mm)

Preparation period:
Preparation period is scheduled from 09:00 to 16:00 on 21 December 2011 (Wednesday). Limited scissors and tapes will be available for loan at the registration counter during the preparation period.

Presentation period:
All poster presenters are required to stand next to their poster during the assigned presentation period (16:30 – 17:30 on 21 December 2011, Wednesday) for discussion.

Move-out period:
All posters must be removed on 22 December 2011, Thursday evening, by 17:00. The Workshop is not responsible for posters left behind.

Poster Awards

In order to further encourage student participation in the AEARU workshop from different AEARU universities, “Student Poster Price” for four posters (Four  postgraduate/postdoctoral students will receive the payments of US250 in HK dollars). The winners will be chosen by a panel composed of members of the Scientific Committee.
