* For research students, a letter of support from supervisor is required. Please Scan and email the Support Letter (signed by supervisor) to bopldora@ust.hk
* NO Extra banquet tickets are required for the first 60 students with accepted abstract.
Extra banquet tickets (for accompany person, students without abstract and late-registered students) can be bought at HK$400 each.
AEARU Travel Awards
In order to encourage student/postdoctoral participation in the AEARU workshop from different AEARU universities, 10 AEARU workshop awards (up to US$ 1000, funded by AEARU) are available to provide partial assistance with travel, accommodation and registration expenses. The intention is to encourage postgraduate students/postdoctoral associates from overseas member universities to travel to attend the workshop, as they will incur greater expenses in attending than postgraduate/postdoctoral students travelling from Hong Kong. Selection of the awards will be based on merits of submitted abstracts by a scientific panel.

Official Receipt
An official receipt for the registration fee will be attached
in the registration package for collection at the Workshop.
Cancellation of Registration
No cancellation of registration and refund of registration
fee will be entertained once the registration form and registration
fee are submitted. |
